Malbec

Color: Intense red with violet hues.
Aromas: Red fruits and violet flowers, with light notes of vanilla and chocolate from barrel contact.
Palate: Agile and notably fresh, with sweet tannins and a persistent finish.
Technical notes: 100% Malbec; harvested late January; cold maceration (24 hours); fermentation for 9 days at 25–27°C; post-fermentation maceration for 10 days; 10% aged in new barrels; alcohol 13.9%.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Color: Deep, intense red.
Aromas: Red fruits combined with subtle notes of French oak.
Palate: Gentle tannins, with a balance of complexity and freshness.
Technical notes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon; harvested mid-March; cold maceration (24 hours at 8°C); fermentation at 25–27°C for 11 days; post-fermentation maceration for 10 days; 100% malolactic fermentation; 10% aged in new barrels; alcohol 14.3%.

Sauvignon Blanc

Color: Bright greenish-yellow.
Aromas: Citrus and white flowers, with a clean, direct profile.
Palate: Marked acidity, crisp sensation, fresh and inviting.
Technical notes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc; harvested early February; cold maceration (72 hours at 3°C); fermentation between 15–17°C for 12 days; alcohol 12.2%.

Chardonnay

Color: Pale yellow with greenish tones.
Aromas: Apple, pear, and subtle seed notes; fresh expression.
Palate: Light and agile, with persistent character and good length.
Technical notes: 100% Chardonnay; harvested early February; fermentation for 12 days between 15–17°C; alcohol 13.1%.
